05 / YOUR NEXT PROJECT
Ready to plan a shoot? Contact Melvin directly or create a project brief with your location, preferred date, and the imagery you need.
Every project is quoted for its location, coverage, editing, and deliverables. Share your budget and any deadline so the proposal can be shaped around your needs.
BEFORE THE SHOOT
The location, length of coverage, number of deliverables, editing needs, and timeline. Share those details in your brief so the scope can be discussed.
Weather and safe operating conditions determine whether a flight can proceed. Timing and a backup date can be discussed during planning.
Each location needs to be reviewed before a shoot is confirmed. Airspace, site access, people, and permissions can affect what is possible.
Send the location, preferred date, what you want captured, and whether you need photos, video, or both. Include your deadline, intended use, and any budget you have in mind. The project brief below the portfolio helps gather those details.
Tell us the platform, preferred orientation, and intended use during planning. Editing, clip length, file formats, and usage permissions can then be included in the agreed scope.
Delivery timing depends on the shoot, the amount of editing, and the agreed deliverables. Share your deadline when requesting a quote so a suitable schedule can be discussed before booking.
Share the city and exact location in your inquiry. The portfolio includes Charlotte views and commercial site work; travel, access, and availability are reviewed for each project.
The brief prepares an inquiry for you to email. Send it from your email app, or call Melvin directly. Availability, the project scope, price, and booking are confirmed through that conversation.
